Business Fit: Our training centers that improve us in our business and ensure our continuous renewal.

Product Management School: We offer our new recruits who start to work at DeFacto Product Management Department the milestones on the DeFacto product cycle journey and an environment in which every unit can find and assume all the professional information, from design to supply chain, they need to know while executing their duties and responsibilities.

Thanks to the training content prepared by our experienced internal trainers with mixed learning methods in each unit, we enable our employees who are currently working in the Product Management Department to develop themselves, their work and their teams and make a difference in their work.

Store: These are the programs in which domestic and international merchandising teams will complete their training and development processes for the first 6 months after the orientation program. The training program aims to accelerate the adaptation of individuals to work and to support their personal and professional development.

Supply Management School: The training and development process of our suppliers are closely monitored in this portal designed to enable our business partners, whose number is increasing day by day, to produce in accordance with DeFacto standards.

E-Commerce School: The best fit for the new world, a first in the industry! E-Commerce school was designed with the cooperation of DeFacto Business Academy and Mindset and with the contribution of Istanbul Technical University and was aimed at offering our E-Commerce team an opportunity to improve themselves through trainings they have received for 6 months.

Franchise Portal: This is the Training Portal prepared to meet the training needs of our Franchise stores, which are rapidly increasing in number. Training and development of our Franchise stores operating in more than 15 countries are monitored through this portal.

Internal Trainer School: Our aim is to adapt all DeFacto employees who need knowledge and experience to the same culture, while creating the corporate memory. Our goal is to consider company know-how a learning tool according to instructional design principles and to present it to the employees’ use. Together with our internal trainers, we aim to improve the knowledge, skill and attitude of DeFacto employees and enhance the competencies of our internal trainers in topics such as communication, coaching, inspiration and etc., which are some of the crucial traits that our internal trainers should boast.

Academy Stores: The aim of the Academy Stores, which was established to create a common language in merchandising processes, is to bring customer satisfaction to the highest levels and hone our sales techniques by bringing the professional knowledge skills of all our domestic and international stores to the same standards with application-minded trainings.

Other Functions:  We aim to improve professional knowledge and skills, both internally or externally, of our employees who want to improve themselves and their professional skills as a result of their work through classroom, digital and on-the-job trainings. The employees who work at Human Resources, Financial Affairs, Construction Technical Affairs, Sourcing, Expansion, Operation, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, DF Technology, Franchising and Audit departments can request these personal development action plans. These include Microsoft Office, SQL, Power BI and Budget Trainings, Trainers’ Training and Project Management Training.
