Foreign Language Development: In addition to attaching importance to the personal development of our employees in every aspect, we utilize digital online language development tools for foreign language development of individuals by emphasizing the importance of globalization and digitalization, which are the strategic focus areas of our company, and encourage all our employees to benefit from Busuu social language learning platform as DeFacto Business Academy.
We support the lingual development of our managers and directors who work at our head office and enable them to speak in a more fluent and confident manner with our in-class English courses, which we plan according to different levels.
