Talent Fit: These are the programs whereby we can hone your talent from the moment you start working.
Store: These are training and development programs prepared for our domestic and international store manager candidates. For Area Managers and 2nd Store Managers, we aim to meet them up with leaders of today and the future by supporting both personal and professional development of our candidates with two different training programs.
MT Program: As DeFacto Business Academy, we are aware that each employee has a different talent. We determine the professional needs of our employees who will be included in the MT program before the start of the task, and share all the training / development and career plans with them. While we nurture our employees professionally, we offer them an environment in which they can adapt to the business life quickly through regular feedback sessions, project presentations and meetings with our experienced managers, so that they can be more effective in professional life.
